lately the black mariahs have been out and about quite a lot lately,with very good reactions....
in october, we featured in the cellar's original music night, subterranean, along with the lovely and nice yellow room from dublin.(in there again soon-see gig listing for details)
lord bishop and his rockedelic kings came to town for the NUI,Galway rag week festivities, and were duly blown away by us as support. this followed a hell of a gig for ourselves that afternoon in the college bar...
we came a disappointingly close second in the witless battle of the bands competition in the college bar last month, to german band teen parents project... it was a night of quality bands and great tunes and musicianship, except perhaps the winners strangely enough...
